By submitting a drawing, text, or image to the Little Writer section, the child's legal guardian or the author themselves, if of legal age, expressly and unequivocally authorizes its publication, declaring that they are aware of and agree to the publication of the content on the Les Voyageurs website.

The legal representative or author authorizes, free of charge, the dissemination of the submitted material (text, drawing or image) in print or digital media, exclusively for cultural, educational and informational purposes for the dissemination of the project, without any commercial purpose, declaring to be aware that this authorization does not generate any right to remuneration and that the use will be made respecting Law No. 9.610/1998 (Copyright Law) and the right to honor and image.

The processing of personal data and information will be protected based on the General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), using only the first name and age, when applicable.
